Challenge! (ICT for Rural Community People)

Last Friday and Saturday, I visited a rural community nearby Kigali to hold a seminar on ICT(Information Communication Tech.). Most of participants were the secondary school student.
Using this opportunity, I hoped to think about how the ICT could increases rural people's income directly. The semina took 2hours including Q/A session.
It was consisted of 3 themas(ICT tomorrow, ICT today, ICT for Rwanda).
Through it, I hoped to share "the potential of ICT" using tomorrow's and today's technologies and I also hoped to share the reason "why rural Rwandan should learn and use ICT ".
